Step 1.
Go to start and type "Network and Sharing Center" without the quotes, windows will automatically bring the network and sharing center icon, click on it. Inside the network and sharing center window, click on "manage wireless networks" link.
Step 2.
Inside the manage wireless networks window, you will find list of wireless connections you've been connected to, so from that right click the one you want to see the key or password for and select properties.
wireless network properties dialog box will appear, inside that dialog box switch over to the security tab and check the "show characters" check box, that will reveal the password in clear text for you.

Nice tip Dani but I can't view the password unless you were connected to the network before. Because I can't find properties option when you want to connect for the first time. The only option is Connect.
